Arvinder Sodhi holds over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His most recent past assignment for over ten years was to set up and head the India operations for a British pharmaceutical company Forum Products Ltd. Prior to Forum, Arvinder's experience includes assignments at Godrej, Jubilant Organosys and Ranbaxy.

His strength lies in procurement and sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients from Indian and global manufacturers. In addition to this he is also active with business development initiatives, both in area of API’s and finished dosage forms, with focus in regulated markets.

Debrini Chakraborty is GM (Business Development) and has been with Hampton India since 2018.

With 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Indian and foreign organisations she has a detailed understanding of the generic manufacturing business.

Having worked with global industry partners in various roles, she makes use of her deep knowledge and experience of key business functions such as strategic sourcing, project management, business development in her day to day engagement.
